Refund and Return Policy – Mytro Mirage

At Mytro Mirage, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer returns & replacements under certain conditions explained below.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The customer has valid proof (photo/video)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Opened or used perfumes
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Free gifts or promotional items


3. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product

If you received:
• Wrong product
• Damaged product
• Leaking bottle
• Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours with:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Unboxing video (for faster approval)

We will arrange a replacement immediately.


4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued ONLY in the following cases:
• Product is out of stock
• Wrong or damaged product delivered
• Courier lost the parcel

Refunds will be processed via:
• UPI / Bank Transfer / Original payment method
• Time: 3–7 business days

COD orders can only be refunded via bank/UPI.


5. Return Shipping
• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is FREE.
• If customer requests return for personal reasons, shipping charges may apply.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
